How to create a token on Polygon
- 1.Add token info Polygon is already selected above. Fill in the name, symbol, decimals, supply, description and logo — none of them can be changed after creation.
- 2.Configure the token Add social links, creator information and supply distribution, set up the liquidity pool, and switch on the capabilities your token should have.
- 3.Pay the fee Connect MetaMask or Trust Wallet, pay 500 POL, and the token is created on Polygon. The mint address and an explorer link appear as soon as the transaction confirms.
What it costs on Polygon
Every fee is quoted in POL, the native coin of Polygon. On top of it Polygon charges its own network fee for the transaction — that one goes to the network, not to us.
